Precisive Care Pharmacy and Diagnostics is an integrative healthcare company.
We started the company because pharmacies are mostly set up as buying-selling establishments with no personalized care. We aim to have a personal relationship with our clients and a collaborative relationship between them and other healthcare providers majorly physicians for clients with chronic diseases that need help managing their medications.
Some of the services that are offered for clients are adherence programs for clients with cardiovascular diseases, and diabetics just to mention a few; clients are reminded when their medications are due for a refill. Also, we offer diagnostic services so as to get a full-service experience for clients that need to get tested before being given medications to use.
